Compared with the conventional physical-chemical method, the technology has the advantages that: operating cost is obviously reduced, and over 30 percent of economic benefit is achieved. Nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst and preparation method thereof

Provided are a nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst that can be used as an electrode of a fuel cell and a preparation method thereof. The nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst includes tungsten carbide crystalline particles and has nanopores of a mean pore diameter ranging from 2 nm to 5 nm and a nanopore volume of 0.08 to 0.25 cm3 per gram of the catalyst. The nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst or the nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst supported with a metallic active component has high electrochemical activity and enhanced resistance to poisoning by carbon monoxide (CO). Therefore, even after use for an extended period of time, the nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst of the present invention can maintain a long-term high catalytic activity. In addition, since the nanoporous tungsten carbide catalyst of the present invention has small pore sizes and a large pore volume, which are advantageous for dispersing metallic active components, much higher catalytic activity can be demonstrated only with a small amount of the metallic active component. Accordingly, an electrode for use in a fuel cell and a fuel cell employing the electrode can be fabricated in a cost-effective manner, compared to the prior art in which a considerable amount of expensive, precious metal catalysts are used.

The invention discloses an anode support tube type solid oxide fuel cell and an assembling method thereof, which relates to the cell application field. A metal connecting body shell cover of the cell is arranged on the top end of an anode support electrolyte tube, seals the gas of the end, and simultaneously exports the electric current of the anode. The electric current inside the anode is collected by porous Ni felt and guided to the closed end. At the other end of a cell tube, a heat-resisting ceramic tube or a heat-resisting alloy tube is used as a gas-guide tube, and the gas-guide tube preheats or reforms normal temperature fuel gas simultaneously when guiding the normal temperature fuel gas. When the gas is imported to the closed end, temperature and composition of the gas meet the requirement of power generation, so that power generation can be carried out during inverse flow of the gas. Remaining fuel tail gas after power generation combusts instantly when getting in touch with the air at the mouth of the tube, and the heat energy is recovered. Anode support tube type solid oxide fuel cell and assembling method thereof have the advantages that: the electric current collecting position is moved to the closed end from the inner side of the cell, and the structure of an assembled electric pile is simple and compact, and the value of the power can be adjusted.

The method comprises the steps of establishing an initial direction cosine matrix between a body coordinate system and an inertial coordinate system of the unmanned aerial vehicle, updating an attitude direction cosine matrix, standardizing the direction cosine matrixes and counting a corrected triaxial angular speed and triaxial attitude angles of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
