The mateiral comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from water glass, deionized water, a CUCAT-WN catalyst, glycerol, alkanolamide and ethoxylated alkyl polyamine; and the component B is prepared from polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, a polyurethane prepolymer, glycerol triacetate, a 141b foaming agent, a foam stabilizer L-6900, super absorbent resin, polyacrylamide and sodium alginate. The component A and the component B are respectively prepared, the component A and the component B are sprayed onto a coal and rock mass or a wall body to be sealed by a spraying machine at normal temperature, and repeated spraying is conducted for a plurality of times to a corresponding thickness, thereby obtaining the mining high-antistatic composite spraying wind plugging material. The material is mainly used in underground coal mines and has excellent and long-acting antistatic performance and excellent airtight use performance, and underground safety accidents caused by discharge due to accumulation of local electrostatic charges in the underground coal mines are prevented.
