The process comprises the following steps: (1) performing high-temperature cleaning, namely introducing316 stainless steel tubes to enter a heat cleaning furnace, heating to 390-410 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 3-5 hours, and removing organic matters and oil stains attached to the inner walls of the 316 stainless steel tubes; (2) performing sand blasting, namely performing full-automatic inner surface sand blasting treatment on the 316 stainless steel tubes subjected to high-temperaturecleaning; (3) performing primer spraying, namely uniformly spraying a layer of primer on the inner surfaces of the 316 stainless steel tubes subjected to sand blasting treatment, and entering a primeroven for baking; (4) performing epoxy powder finish paint spraying, namely discharging the 316 stainless steel tubes from the primer oven, and immediately spraying epoxy powder finish paint by adopting a vacuum powder adsorption technology; and (5) coating curing, namely directly feeding the 316 stainless steel tubes subjected to epoxy powder finish paint spraying into a curing furnace by a conveyor chain so as to perform final coating curing. Compared with the prior art, the epoxy powder internal coating process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that various process parameters are strictly controlled, and the quality of the epoxy powder internal coating of the 316 stainless steel tubes is ensured.

The preparing method is simple and easy to implement, and supercritical CO2 is adopted to extract natural plants, so that the extraction effect is good, and the preparing method is economical and environmentally friendly and saves energy. The prepared composition has high safety and high sun screen capacity.
