The embodiment of the invention provides a composite resin disc and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite resin disc is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10 to 30 percent of resin matrix, 70 to 90 percent of filler and the balance of functional additive, the filler is a combination of silanized barium glass powder and modified fumed silica; the resin matrix is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 10 percent of bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate, 2 to 10 percent of dimethyl acrylic acid carbamate, 1 to 10 percent of dimethyl acrylic acid triethylene glycol ester, 0.1 to 1 percent of hydroxyethyl methylacrylate, 0.1 to 1 percent of methyl methacrylate and 0.1 to 1 percent of methacrylic acid. Through a resin and ceramic synergistic enhancement system and in combination with a gradient curing process, the flexural strength of the obtained composite resin disc reaches 310 MPa or above, the elastic modulus reaches 15 GPa, and nearly zero shrinkage is achieved.
