The invention discloses a
ceramic-based low-temperature co-fired
ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of low-temperature co-fired ceramics. The
ceramic-based low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials: ceramic-based composite
powder and a
processing aid, the ceramic-based composite
powder is prepared from the following components in percentage by
mass: 90 to 98 percent of CaAl2B2O7
powder and 2 to 10 percent of
lithium borosilicate
barium glass powder. The low-intrinsic-loss CaAl2B2O7 powder
crystal phase serves as a base material, has a low
dielectric constant and can promote rearrangement and densification of particles in the
sintering process in cooperation with the
lithium borosilicate
barium glass powder, the formed liquid glass phase wraps
crystal grains, it is ensured that the
crystal grains of the CaAl2B2O7 powder form a continuous skeleton structure, and
dielectric loss is reduced. And
barium ions in the
lithium borosilicate
barium glass powder can inhibit migration of lithium ions, reduce
dielectric loss and improve overall heat-resistant stability, so that the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material with low dielectric constant and low
dielectric loss is obtained.
