Optimizing method for transmission mechanism of toggle rod servo press

The invention discloses an optimizing method for a transmission mechanism of a toggle rod servo press. The toggle rod servo press comprises a servo motor, a rack, an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, a crank, a triangular rod piece and a sliding block. A drive output shaft of the servo motor is connected with one end of the crank, and the other end of the crank is connected with one top point of the triangular rod piece. The other two top points of the triangular rod piece are connected with the lower end of the upper connecting rod and the upper end of the lower connecting rod correspondingly. The upper end of the upper connecting rod is connected with the rack, and the lower end of the lower connecting rod is connected with the sliding block. In the triangular rod piece, a rod piece body connecting the crank with the upper connecting rod serves as an upper rod, a rod piece body connecting the crank with the lower connecting rod serves as a lower rod, a rod piece body connecting the upper connecting rod with the lower connecting rod serves as a bottom rod, and the lengths of the crank, the upper rod, the lower rod, the bottom rod, the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are L1, L2, L3, L4, L5 and L6 correspondingly. The optimizing method comprises the first step of optimization scheme determining, the second step of optimization of the rod length L2 of the upper rod and the rod length L4 of the lower rod, and the third step of example verification passing.
