The invention discloses a silicone rubber fire-proof high-voltage-resistant insulated wire which comprises a conductor and an insulating layer covering the periphery of the conductor. A coating undergoes coating between the conductor and the insulating layer. The coating comprises, by weight parts, 80-120 parts of methacrylic acid silicone rubber, 30-60 parts of white carbon black, 5-15 parts of porcelain powder, 2-8 parts of benzophenone, 3-6 parts of triallyl isocyanurate, 4-8 parts of tensile strength modifier, 2-6 parts of flame retardant, 1-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 4-8 parts of zinc stearate, 1-4 parts of zinc borate, 2-6 parts of iron oxide, 4-8 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 1-4 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of gas phase aluminum hydroxide, 4-8 parts of fumed silica, 1-5 parts of foaming agent, 2-7 parts of color masterbatch, 1-4 parts of vulcanizing agent, 2-6 parts of platinum catalyst, 3-6 parts of silicone oil and 1-5 parts of low density polyethylene. The obtained wire is good in fire resistance and high voltage resistance.
