The invention discloses a preparation method of peroxidase-like copper hydroxide nanorods. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving anhydrous copper chloride and cuprous chloride in a molar ratio of 1:(0.5-1.5) in 50-90mL of deionized water, and uniformly mixing the materials by stirring for 10-30min in a water bath with a water temperature of 30-70 DEG C to obtain a lightgreen mixed solution; then taking ammonia water with the mass concentration of 36-38%, dropwise adding the ammonia water with a disposable dropper to the obtained mixed solution, testing the pH valuewhile dropping, adjusting the pH value to 9.5-11.5, carrying out stirring for 30-80min to ensure that the original solution turns dark blue; and centrifuging the product at a speed of 9000-11000r / minfor 5-6 minutes, washing the product with deionized water, and carrying out vacuum drying at 35-45 DEG C to obtain sky blue solid nanorods with lengths of 150nm to 2[mu]m and diameters of 30-50nm. Asthe copper hydroxide nanorods provided by the invention do not contain noble metals and proteins for modification, the cost is very low; and the preparation is simple and rapid. The invention relates to a keratin nano-flower material loaded with silver phosphate and preparation and application thereof. The preparation method of the keratin nano-flower material comprises the preparation of keratin nano-flowers and loading of the silver phosphate. The material is used as a catalyst for the detection of uric acid. Compared with the prior art, the material has the advantages of simple preparation process, good operability, high recovery rate, environmental protection and high efficiency, and is easy to be separated from a solution, and keratine-nano flower @ Ag3PO4 has excellent peroxidase-like catalytic activity, and can be used as a novel simulated enzyme to replace hydrogen peroxide oxidase and be widely used in biological detection, clinical diagnosis and immune analysis. The keratine-nano flower @ Ag3PO4 is used for colorimetric detection of the uric acid in serum, the detection process is simple and fast, economical and environment-friendly, and the colorimetric detection of the uric acid does not need to be marked, the detection range is wide, and the selectivity is good; even when the concentration of interfering substances is 3.3 times of the concentration of the uric acid, the keratin nano-flower material can still detect uric acid efficiently.

Novel copper-doped-carbon-nano-dot-based method for enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of organophosphorus pesticide

The invention, which relates to the technical fields of nano material, catalysis and chemical sensing, provides a novel copper-doped-carbon-nano-dot-based method for enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of the organophosphorus pesticide. With anhydrous copper chloride, tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and L-dopa as raw materials, fluorescent copper-doped carbon nano-dots with high stability and peroxidase activity are synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method. O-phenylenediamine oxidized by hydrogen peroxide is catalyzed based on peroxidase-like activity of the copper-doped carbon nano-dots and fluorescent oxidized molecule 2,3-diaminophenazine is genreated, so that two fluorescent emission peaks of the copper-doped carbon nano-dot and 2,3-diaminophenazine are generated at the lengthes of 375 nm and 555 nm; and the ratio of the fluorescence intensities at the two wavelengths is linearly related to the concentration of the organophosphorus pesticide, thereby realizing enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of the organophosphorus pesticide. The sensor is constructed simply and easily; no biological enzyme is needed; the influences of the probe concentration and environmental factor are low; and the linear range is wide and the sensitivity is high.

Besides, Fe-MIL-88A and HKUST-1in the composite material both have peroxidase-like activity; when the composite material is used for immobilizing HRP, the stability of HRP can be improved, cyclic utilization of HRP is achieved, the synergistic catalysis effect can be achieved through coupling of HRP and the skeleton, and the catalytic activity of the composite material is further improved. The composite material is used for degrading harmful dyes in wastewater, is small in dosage, short in time and simple and convenient to operate, and has a good application prospect.
