The invention discloses a 
system for efficient self-cleaning online measurement of 
active oxygen free radicals in atmospheric 
particulates. The 
system comprises an online atmospheric particulate collection part, a 
fluorescence measurement instrument and an exhaust 
assembly; the on-line atmospheric particulate collection part comprises a particulate growth chamber, a steam generator, a steam spraypipe, a plurality of liquid cooling pipes and a 
cyclone collector; an atmospheric sample and 
water vapor are mixed at a gas inlet of the particulate growth chamber; the inner wall of the particulate growth chamber is coated with a 
cerium oxide modified nano hydrophobic 
coating; an inlet of the 
cyclone collector is communicated with an outlet of the particulate growth chamber; a 
fluorescence determination liquid inlet is formed in the inlet of the 
cyclone collector; the mixture is separated into gas and a collected liquid in the cyclone collector; the gas is exhausted through the exhaust 
assembly; the collected liquid is discharged from a liquid outlet of the cyclone collector, and the collected liquid is detected by the 
fluorescence measurement instrument to obtain the concentration of thereactive 
oxygen free radicals in the atmospheric 
particulates in the collected liquid. The 
system has the advantages of high efficiency, self-cleaning, accuracy and the like.
