The anion parent material is prepared from, by weight, 65%-70% of anion ore body materials, 25%-30% of organic carriers, 0.1%-1.5% of coupling agent, 1%-5% of lubricant, 0.1%-1.5% of surface treating agent and 1.0%-1.5% of activator. The anion ore body materials are prepared from, by weight, 35% of silicon dioxide, 35% of tourmaline, 5% of attapulgite, 8% of zirconium dioxide, 6% of phosphorus pentoxide, 5% of aluminum oxide and 6% of rare earth ore. The preparation method comprises the steps that calcination is conducted on the anion ore body materials respectively; smashing is conducted, and mixing is conducted to be uniform according to certain proportions; the organic carriers, the coupling agent, the lubricant, the surface treating agent and the activator are mixed to be uniform according to the proportions, and modification is conducted; extruding, wire drawing, grain cutting and drying are conduced, and the anion parent material is obtained. The anion release volume ranges from 20,000/cm<3> to 30,000/cm<3>, and the anion release volume is greatly increased.
