The invention discloses an air source heat pump dynamic energy efficiency optimization control method under the outdoor temperature disturbance condition. The method comprises the steps that S1, a dynamic system model of an air source heat pump for adjusting the indoor temperature is established; s2, determining an input variable and an output variable of the controlled object, and performing a simulation experiment to obtain a data set; s3, data preprocessing is carried out, and an air source heat pump system state space model is established; s4, initializing a prediction controller, setting prediction parameters, and establishing a system output prediction equation; s5, determining system constraint conditions, and constructing a multi-constraint optimization problem; s6, the constraint optimization problem is converted into a standard linear programming problem to be solved; and S7, feeding back the actual output of the controlled object to the controller in real time, moving the time base point from k to k + 1, returning to S6, and repeatedly executing S6-S7. According to the method, the user side disturbance influence is comprehensively considered, the indoor temperature is controlled in a high-precision mode, meanwhile, the dynamic energy efficiency during operation of the heat pump is kept at the optimal value, and the thermal comfort and economical efficiency of system operation are improved.
