The invention discloses a method for preparing a diethylstilbestrol molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor based on electropolymerization of a p-aminothiophenol film. The method comprises sequential steps such as glassy carbon electrode pretreatment, electrode modification by multi-wall carbon nanotubes, electrode modification by nano gold, functional monomer self-assembly, template molecular pre-assembly, electropolymerization of the p-aminothiophenol film, and template molecule elution, and an organic phase as a polyelectrolyte solvent improves the number and selectivity of binding sites in a polymer film, and is beneficial to formation of a stable host-guest compound from a template molecule and a function monomer, so that the template molecule can maintain a good rigid structurein a polymer network structure and form a cavity with a memory effect. The invention discloses a diethylstilbestrol degradation strain and an application thereof in sewage and animal manure treatment. Serratieae (Serratia sp.) S is preserved at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on August 26, 2014, wherein the strain preservation number is CGMCC 1.12941. The invention also discloses an application of the serratieae S and a fungicide of the serratieae S in degradation of estrogen, especially degradation of diethylstilbestrol. The serratieae S is obtained in a screening manner, the degradation rate on DES (diethylstilbestrol) of which the initial concentration is 50mg L<-1> can reach over 80% after an immobilized bacteria agent which is prepared from the strain is subjected to shake-flask culture in a laboratory for 7d, the immobilized bacteria agent is directly applied to DES-polluted water and animal manure, and the DES residue within a short period of time is reduced by over 90%, so that the problem of hazards of diethylstilbestrol DES to the water environment, animal manure and human health is solved.

The invention discloses an application of vanillin as a redox medium in increasing the diethylstilbestrol degradation rate of laccase. The concentration of vanillin is 0.01-1 mmol/L. The invention also discloses a method for increasing the diethylstilbestrol degradation rate of laccase by taking vanillin as the redox medium. The method comprises the following steps: 1, dissolving the laccase intoan acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution to prepare a laccase mother liquor, dissolving diethylstilbestrol in methanol to prepare a diethylstilbestrol solution, and dissolving vanillin in the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution to prepare a vanillin solution; 2, mixing the prepared laccase mother liquor with the vanillin solution to obtain a laccase-vanillin solution, mixing the laccase-vanillin solution with the prepared diethylstilbestrol solution in a reaction system, putting the reaction system into a shaking incubator, and carrying out a reaction; and 3, extracting with ethylacetate extraction after the reaction is performed for half an hour in order to terminate the diethylstilbestrol reaction and complete degradation. The method adopting the vanillin as the reducing medium greatly increases the DES degradation rate of laccase, and reduces the degradation cost.

The invention discloses a method for determining diethylstilbestrol by adopting up-conversion luminescence immunochromatography. The method is characterized in that according to the research, a solvothermal method is adopted to synthesize up-conversion nanoparticles (UCNPs)-NaYF4: Yb, Er, surface functionalization modification is carried out, the nanoparticles are coupled with a diethylstilbestrol(DES) monoclonal antibody to prepare a fluorescent probe, a nitrocellulose film is respectively sprayed on a bovine serum albumin-diethylstilbestrol (BSA-DES) conjugate and a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody to form a test strip detection line (T line) and a quality control line (C line), and an up-conversion luminescence immunochromatographic test strip is established for rapid quantitative detection; a method of DES is adopted; the experimental result shows that the DES linear quantitative detection range of the test strip is 25 to 10000 ng/mL (Y is equal to 0.43927 x-0.57647, and R2 is equal to 0.996), the detection limit is 20.84 ng/mL, the detection time of a single sample is 15 min, intra-batch and inter-batch variable coefficients are both smaller than 10%, the specificity recognition capacity is high, an average value of RSD detection values is about 15% after the kit is stored at 37 DEG C for 7 days; standard recovery experiments show that the average recovery rate is 90.1%-115.2%, relative standard deviation is smaller than 5%, and the method has good consistency with high performance liquid chromatography.
