The invention discloses a chromium-polluted soil restoration leaching agent and a chromium-polluted soil restoration method, and belongs to the technical field of environmental remediation. The leaching agent comprises sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, hydrogen peroxide and water, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, hydrogen peroxide and water are mixed into a hybrid solution. The invention also discloses a chromium-polluted soil restoration method which is as follows: mixing screened chromium-polluted soil with the chromium-polluted soil restoration leaching agent, processing by use of an ultrasonic processor, standing, taking supernatant as a leaching solution; adding a solid reducing agent into the leaching solution to reduce dissolved hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium sediment, separating the sediment, and centrally treating the sediment containing trivalent chromium and iron element to complete the ultrasound enhanced remediation of chromium-polluted soil. The removal rate of chromium in the polluted soil can reach 95% above by the method. By use of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and hydrogen peroxide mixed leaching agent for chromium-polluted soil leaching and restoration, the method has the characteristics of high total chromium remediation efficiency, short processing time and the like.

Preparation method of high-quality chemical plating layer for surface of polymer substrate

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-quality chemical plating layer for the surface of a polymer substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1), polyvinyl alcohol, silane, ethyl alcohol and deionized water are put into a dispersing machine and stirred for 60 min in a constant-temperature water bath at 60 DEG C, an ammonium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution is added, stirring continues being conducted for 60 min, a 30% catalyst ionic solution is added, and stirring continues being conducted for 1-60 min; (2), the solution is stirred at the rotation speed of 5,000-10,000 r/min, and a 1% emulsifying agent is gradually added while stirring is conducted; (3), an organic-inorganic hybrid solution is selectively printed on the surface of the polymersubstrate, the polymer substrate is dried for 5-10 min under the condition with the temperature of 80-150 DEG C, and a substrate is obtained; (4), the substrate is immersed into a chemical plating solution for plating, chemical plating is conducted for 1-60 min at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C, and then drying is conducted for 1-30 min at the temperature of 40-100 DEG C. The preparation methodhas the beneficial effects that selective chemical plating can be conducted on different polymer substrates, and the high-quality chemical plating layer with the high adhesive force and precision canbe obtained.
