Steel tubes are respectively sheathed and fixed outside of a first mould and a second mould; the principal axis of a spinning machine drives the first mould and the steel tube fixed on the first mould to rotate; the rotary wheel of the spinning machine applies preset pressure on the outer wall of the steel tube along the radial direction of the steel tube from the outer part of the steel tube; the rotary wheel of the spinning machine and the second mould move along the axial direction of the steel tube according to the preset rhythm, so that the inner wall of the steel tube sticks to the surface of the first mould and the second mould to form a shaping piece with the inner wall shape of two wheel spokes; along the radial direction of the shaping piece, the shaping piece is cut into two symmetrical singletons; a press and a third mould respectively cut the cutting surfaces of the two singletons into planes, so that the two singletons respectively form two molded pieces with the spoke shape; and the mold pieces are manufactured into the finished product of the spoke by punching, wind hole punching, turning, chambering and the like. The invention does not generate waste in the manufacturing process, furthest saves raw materials and conforms to the requirements of modern energy saving and environment protection.
