According to the invention, the method has the characteristics of high effectiveness and high selectivity; the refined lignin has high purity, and yield of the refined lignin reaches 43 to 60%; the refining method is simple and is beneficial for industrial utilization of lignin; the refined lignin can be used for preparation of hydrocarbon fuels, biological matrix adhesives, polyurethane materials, etc., has high economic values and enables reutilization of fuel ethanol and waste and residue produced in papermaking to be realized, environmental pollution to be reduced and industrial economic benefits to be increased.
