The invention relates to a simple trichoderma-straw microbial fertilizer preparation method. An active component of trichoderma-straw microbial fertilizer is a thallus of a trichoderma asperellum strain T-A158. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: inoculating spore suspension of the trichoderma asperellum strain T-A158 into a culture medium of a fermentation tank for fermentation to complete preparation of first-level seeds; mixing the first-level seeds with straw powder for fermentation, wherein if the surface of a fermented material is full of spores, the preparation of second-level seeds is completed; uniformly mixing the second-level seeds, the straw powder and humic acid for fermentation till the surface is full of spores, wherein the number of effective viable bacteria in a fermentation product is greater than or equal to 0.21 x 10<8> to 0.37 x 10<8> p/g, the infectious microbe rate is less than or equal to 12 to 15 percent, and the moisture content is controlled to 20 to 30 percent. By taking the waste straws (corns, rice, wheat, rapes and the like) as the fermentation raw material to prepare the trichoderma-straw efficient microbial fertilizer,the method is low in cost, easy to operate and applicable to industrial production. The simple trichoderma-straw microbial fertilizer preparation method can prevent plant soil borne diseases, enhancethe stress resistance and the disease resistance of a plant, promote growth of the plant, improve the crop quality, effectively improve the soil environment and protect the environment.
