The invention belongs to an edible mushroom cultivation technique, in particular relates to an agaric cultivation method. 'Daer No.1' is a new agaric species with strong resistance, which is separated, tamed and bred from wild species resources in southwest China. However, the cultivation techniques of this new species are still uncertain. The technical scheme of the agaric cultivation method is that the production process of a fungus bag is that, by weight, 150-160 parts of hard tree sawdust such as cyclobalanopsis glauca and the like, 20-30 parts of bran, 6-10 parts of corn flour, 3-5 partsof gypsum, 4-7 parts of lime, 1-2 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1-2 parts of magnesium sulphate and 300-350 parts of water, the materials above are mixed well into a culture material; and the mixed well materials are bagged and sterilized. In addition, the conditions for preparing fungus, cultivating fungus, puncturing, constructing an agaric cultivation site and the processes of fungusbag lining, agaric growing, and agaric collecting can be optimized. The agaric cultivation method is applicable to cultivating agaric of 'Daer No.1'.
