The invention provides a novel feed capable of improving the breeding density of aristichthys nobilis and a preparation method of the novel feed, and belongs to the field of fish feeds for aquaculture. The feed consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of a biological fermentation feed, 35-45 parts of fish meal, 20-30 parts of bone meal, 25-35 parts of dry trash fish, 30-40 parts of fly larva powder, 5-10 parts of leech powder, 20-30 parts of flour, 45-55 parts of soybean meal (CP46%), 100-200 parts of rapeseed meal, 50-100 parts of cottonseed meal, 4-6 parts of soybean phospholipid oil, 4-6 parts of fish oil, 4-6 parts of choline chloride (60%), 4-6 parts of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-4 parts of lysine (70%), 1-3 parts of methionine, 4.5-8.5 parts of composite multiple minerals, 2-3 parts of compound vitamin, 1-3 parts of table salt and 4-6 parts of an antioxidant, wherein strains of the biological fermentation feed comprise clostridium butyricum, saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus plantarum and bifidobacterium lactis. According to the novel feed disclosed by the invention, the intestinal health of the aristichthys nobilis can be strengthened,the digestion, absorption and utilization rate of nutrients of the feed can be increased, and the novel feed has the effect of promoting the intercropping status of the aristichthys nobilis, promotingthe aristichthys nobilis to be used as fish which is separately fed, improving the breeding density of the aristichthys nobilis and producing the aristichthys nobilis in a large scale; and besides, the water quality can also be improved, and the novel feed has important significance for sustainable development of green aquaculture.
