The invention discloses a method for hydrolyzing isopropyl nitrate, wherein the method includes steps of filling isopropyl nitrate and water solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide in a high-pressure reaction kettle; raising temperature to 140-160 DEG C, controlling pressure to 0.8-1.8 MPa, and then reacting for 20-40 min. Compared with the prior art, the method applies a few amount of low-price water solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide to hydrolyze the isopropyl nitrate, thus the isopropyl alcohol is generated; the isopropyl nitrate is recycled through a very simple method; method is simple in experimental condition, easy to operate, short in time waste; the ester removal rate is up to over 99%, and the isopropyl alcohol yield is up to 70%.

Novel formula of efficient and compounded anti-freezing fluid

The invention discloses a novel formula of efficient and compounded anti-freezing fluid. The anti-freezing fluid is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of diethylene glycol, 2-3 parts of calcium formate, 0.1-0.5 part of fulvic acid, 0.3-0.5 part of isopropyl nitrate, 10-15 parts of sodium nitrite, 10-20 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of silicate stabilizer, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 2-5 parts of scale-inhibiting corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of methyl silicone oil and 10-15 parts of deionized water. The anti-freezing fluid does not ice up at the temperature of -45 DEG C, the foam disappearance time is shorter than 3 seconds, carboxylate radicals of a high polymer and sulfonate radicals of sulfonated polystyrene undergo adsorption with positively-charged metal ions in ethylene glycol and an aqueous solution, so as to form a protective film, and thus, metal is protected from corrosion; the anti-freezing fluid does not contain nitrite and phosphate, so that the environmental friendliness is superior, and a good corrosion inhibition effect is fully exerted based on an anti-freezing effect.
