The invention discloses a spiral fruit and vegetable washing device. The spiral fruit and vegetable washing device comprises a cylinder, a feed port, a
discharge port, a supporting column, rotary blades, a spiral groove, a
spiral blade,
brush rolls, a fixing support, spray heads, a drainage plate, a
sewage draining outlet, a drainage outlet, a motor and a speed
reducer. The feed port and the
sewage draining outlet are formed in the lower side of the cylinder. The
discharge port is formed in the upper side of the cylinder. The spray heads are arranged on the top of the interior of the cylinder. The supporting column is arranged at the center of the interior of the cylinder. The rotary blades are welded to the supporting column. The
brush rolls with the same
diameter are arranged in the spiral groove formed by the rotary blades. The
brush rolls are distributed along the spiral groove in a
spiral blade shape. One end of each brush roll is fixed into the spiral groove, and the other end of each brush roll is connected and fixed to the fixing support. The supporting column is controlled by a driving
system composed of the motor and the speed
reducer to rotate. The drainage plate is arranged on the lower portion of the interior of the cylinder. The
sewage draining outlet is arranged above the drainage plate. The drainage outlet is formed in the bottom of the cylinder. By the adoption of the spiral fruit and vegetable washing device, when
fruits and vegetables on the upper-layer brush rolls are subjected to spraying, and sprayed water flowing down can wash
fruits and vegetables on the lower-layer brush rolls, so
water resources are saved.
