The invention discloses an intensification method and a device for a continuous banburying process of high polymer materials based on eccentric helix. The method utilizes two helical rotors which are eccentric with a rotating axis thereof rotating in a heterodromously meshing mode. The period of the internal clearance between each rotor and the inner wall of a stator, and the periods of the radial meshing clearance and the axial clearance between two rotors clearance change from big to small and then from small to big. The method enables materials to be intensified during the axial circulation continuous banburying process of the two rotors. The helical axises of the two helical rotors are fixed in a mutually parallel mode. An outer surface of the rotors is in an eccentric meshing type convex-edge structure, wherein a certain eccentric quantity exists between the central axis and the rotating axis of each rotor. When the two rotors rotate in an inner meshing mode, contained materials are plasticized and extruded to convey along with the period change of the internal clearance between each rotor and the inner wall of a stator, the radial meshing clearance and the axial clearance between two rotors clearance so as to achieve an intensive banburying effect. The first ultrasonic vibration device and the second ultrasonic vibration device each mainly comprise an amplitude-change rod, a vibration transmission rod, a transducer, a signal line and an ultrasonic generator; through holes are symmetrically formed in the die body; the small ends of the amplitude-change rods of the first ultrasonic vibration device and the second ultrasonic vibration device communicate with a die runner through the through holes; and the amplitude-change rods extend into the through holes of the extrusion die in the mode of being perpendicular to flanges. Through the extrusion process that ultrasonic vibration is perpendicularly overlapped on a melt, the pressure action of pulse change acts on the melt, and the synergistic effect of ultrasonic vibration and uniform tensile stress is achieved.
