The invention discloses a novel core-shell structured biological filler and a preparation method of the novel core-shell structured biological filler. The filler is prepared from the following raw materials in terms of
mass percent: 20 percent to 30 percent of
activated sludge, 0.2 percent to 1 percent of antibacterial deodorizing agent, 15 percent to 25 percent of
bamboo charcoal powder, 2 percent to 5 percent of
iron oxide red, 8 percent to 15 percent of
calcium oxide and 35 percent to 50 percent of
silicate inorganic gel. The method comprises the following steps of mixing the
activated sludge, the antibacterial deodorizing agent and 15 percent to 35 percent of the
silicate inorganic gel in total quantity, and squeezing, granulating and
drying the
mixed materials to obtain aggregates; uniformly mixing the
bamboo charcoal powder, the
iron oxide red, the
calcium oxide and the residual
silicate inorganic gel to obtain a
powder material; putting the aggregates onto a ball forming disk, and spraying the powder material and water at the same time along with the process of rotating the ball forming disk, wherein the water spraying quantity is 5 percent to 20 percent of the total
mass of the raw materials; gradually wrapping the surface of the aggregates by utilization of the powder material so as to obtain a preliminarily-cured core-shell filler, and obtaining the novel core-shell structured biological filler after curing. The filler disclosed by the invention has the advantages of short biological startup period, strong acid / base buffering capacity and rapid biochemical
reaction rate.
