The invention discloses a
processing technology using
infrared ray radiant energy for curing a cereal
raw material and a use method of the cured cereal
raw material in a milk replacer and a
nursing material. The
processing technology is as follows: removing impurities; adding 5-8% of water; adding water for oscillation; standing for 4-5h to enable the cereal
moisture content to be 18-20%; entering cereals into an
infrared radiation heating system for the total time of 40-60s at temperature of 700-900 DEG C to enable the cereal surface temperature to be 200-250 DEG C; preheating the cereals with
waste heat of the
system to 55 DEG C; tabletting, cooling; and
grinding. The use method of cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or
broken rice in the milk replacer and the
nursing material is as follows: respectively adding the cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or
broken rice into the milk replacer in a weight ratio of 10-50%, 5-10%, 5-15% and 0-10%; and respectively adding the cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or
broken rice into the
nursing material in a weight ratio of 10-50%, 2-10%, 3-10% and 0-15%. According to the curing
processing, crystalline structures in
starch can be destroyed by heat treatment, so that the
starch is easier in enzymolysis with
amylase, the digestibility of the cured cereal
raw material is greatly improved; and at the same time the cured cereal raw material its own has fragrance so as to help to increase the
palatability of a feed.
