The invention relates to a petrochemical engineering oil sludge treatment device and method. The device comprises an oil sludge tank, a feeder, a solid-liquid separator, a settled oil sludge finishingtank, a high-pressure dewatering machine, a sludge crusher, a fuel stirrer, a fuel forming machine, a washing crusher, an oil-water separator, a sewage pond, an oil tank, a desulfurization dust catcher, a water pump, an air blower, a low-pressure underflow pump and a high-pressure oil pressure pump. With the adoption of the device, oil sludge is treated with a method including feeding by the feeder, oil sludge separation by the solid-liquid separator, settled oil sludge finishing, oil sludge dewatering by the high-pressure dewatering machine, crushing by the crusher, fuel stirring, forming bya coal briquette forming machine and coal briquette recycling. Petroleum sludge is treated by the device, the reduction of the oil sludge reaches 40%, the oil content of sediment is smaller than 2%,harmless treatment is realized, and the oil content of the sewage is smaller than 200 mg/L. Besides, the oil recovery rate reaches 8.4%, the plastic recovery rate reaches 2%, and the oil sludge treatment cost is reduced. The petrochemical engineering oil sludge treatment device and method are applicable to treatment of sludge produced in the industrials such as petroleum, chemical engineering, papermaking and the like.
