The invention relates to a method for recycling ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: recycling an ethylene glycol monomethyl ether solution with the moisture content of being less than 20% from ethylene glycol monomethyl ether industrial waste water with the moisture content of being more than or equal to 40% by using a salting-out layering method at first, and then, rectifying to remove water in an azeotropic manner or dehydrating through a drying agent so as to obtain an ethylene glycol monomethyl ether finished product with the moisture content of being less than or equal to 0.2%. According to the invention, the methods, such as the salting-out layering method and the method for rectifying to remove water in an azeotropic manner or dehydrating through the drying agent, are combined; therefore, the method for recycling ethylene glycol monomethyl ether from industrial waste water can be realized with low cost; particularly, recovery of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether from ethylene glycol monomethyl ether industrial waste water having high moisture content can be realized with low cost; and the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being low in cost, flexible, simple and convenient to operate, free from limitation of industrial raw waste water composition fluctuation and the like.

7-nitro-1,2,3-benzooxadiazole derivative and synthesis method and application thereof

The invention provides a 7-nitro-1,2,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD) derivative and a synthesis method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of detection of NBD derivatives and mercury ions. The synthesis method of the NBD derivatives comprises the following steps of: first, dissolving 4-chlorine-7-nitrobenzo-1,2,3-benzoxadiazole and anhydrous piperazine in 2-methoxyethanol, heating and refluxing, and separating by column chromatography to obtain a compound 1; then, heating and refluxing 2,6-bis (chloromethyl) pyridine and 8-hydroxyquinoline in an acetone solution, and separating by the column chromatography to obtain a compound 2; finally, dissolving the compound 1 and the compound 2 in acetonitrile, refluxing for 12 hours, and separating by the column chromatography to obtain the product NBD derivative. The invention also provides a method for detecting the mercury ions, which comprises the step of quantitatively detecting the content of Hg<2+> in a solution of all water (pH = 7.4) by using the NBD derivative as a probe. The detection method can detect the mercury ions in an aqueous solution with high selectivity and sensitivity, and is simple, convenient and rapid to operate.Meanwhile, test paper for detecting the mercury ions is provided, so that the Hg<2+> detection is more convenient.

The invention discloses an energy-saving method for separating a methylbenzene and 2-methoxyethanol mixture by extractive distillation. An extracting agent for the energy-saving method is dimethyl sulfoxide; the used separating equipment comprises an extractive distillation column, a heat exchanger and an extracting agent recovering tower; in the separating process, methylbenzene steam generated on the top of the extractive distillation column is condensed and then is extracted according to the preset reflux ratio; 2-methoxyethanol and the extracting agent at the bottom of the extractive distillation column are extracted and then are divided into a circulating material flow and a discharging material flow; the circulating material flow is heated by the heat exchanger and then returns to enter the extractive distillation column; the discharging material flow enters the extractive distillation column; the extracting agent is extracted from the bottom of the extracting agent recovering tower and is recycled; and 2-methoxyethanol steam generated on the top of the extracting agent recovering tower is condensed by the heat exchanger and then is extracted according to the preset reflux ratio. According to the method, a double-effect heat-integration technique is adopted, and heat is provided for to-be-reboiled material flow at the bottom of the extractive distillation column by usinga to-be-condensed material flow on the top of the extracting agent recovering tower, so that secondary utilization of energy is realized, energy consumption is effectively reduced and the cost of equipment is reduced.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of (a) reacting a compound represented by a formula (V) with an electrophilic substitutional reagent in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide or dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain a compound represented by a formula (IV), (b) adding the compound represented by the formula (IV) into 2-methoxyethanol, adding phosphoric acid and carrying out acid hydrolysis to obtain a compound represented by a formula (III), (c) hydrolyzing the compound represented by the formula (III) with sodium hydroxide, extracting with dichloromethane and adding acetic acid to neutralize to obtain a compound represented by a formula (II) and (d) in the presence of an organic alcohol solvent, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, hydrolyzing the compound represented by the formula (II) to form a salt, adding the organic alcohol solvent, cooling and crystallizing to obtain bromfenac sodium. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the reaction yield of the intermediate (IV) and the quality of the product are improved, high-purity bromfenac sodium can be obtained just by virtue of crystallizing with the organic alcohol solvent, the good environmental benefit is achieved and the generation of bromfenac sodium polymer impurity is reduced.
