The invention provides a juglans mandshurica flavone component nanoemulsion preparation and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a surfactant and a cosurfactant are mixed to prepare a mixed surfactant, then an oil phase is added into the mixed surfactant and mixed to be uniform, the mixture is stirred for 1 h through a constant-temperature magnetic stirrer, and the nanoemulsion is obtained. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the flavone component of the juglans mandshurica into a water bath, adding distilled water drop by drop in a magnetic stirring state until a nano-emulsion with clear and transparent appearance is formed, then adding the flavone component of the juglans mandshurica, and dissolving by magnetic stirring to obtain the nano-emulsion of the flavone component of the juglans mandshurica.
