To provide an upright-paneling direct-paneling exterior-wall construction structure, which has a withstand-load performance to the weight of an exterior-wall plate, in which the front-rear places of the exterior-wall plate are positioned easily, which has an excellent waterproofness and the cost of which is reduced, a starter fitting used for the structure and an intermediate throating.In the upright-paneling direct-paneling exterior-wall construction structure, an exterior-wall plate 2 is fixed directly onto a structure skeleton 10 while the longitudinal direction is directed in the vertical direction. The starter fitting 3 and the intermediate throating 5 are disposed to an intermediate section. The base plate section 31 of the starter fitting 3 is superposed on the back plate section 51 of the throating 5, a leg section 35 is placed on the horizontal plate section 52 and fixed onto the skeleton 10, the plate 2 is borne by a bearing plate section 34 and an abutting plate section 33 is abutted against the rear side face of the plate 2. A sheathing board 53 for the throating 5 is extended down to the lower section of the horizontal plate section 52, and an elastic packing material 56 is disposed on a front.
