The invention discloses a method for
ultrafiltration removal of proteins from yellow serofluid by using an
enzyme membrane reactor, and belongs to the technical field of food
biochemistry. The methodcomprises the steps: A, preparation of a
raw material: after collecting the yellow serofluid, carrying out coarse
filtration, and adjusting the pH; B, preparation of an
ultrafiltration enzyme membrane: respectively placing a membrane into a mixed liquid I, a mixed liquid II and a mixed liquid III, soaking, and then cleaning, to obtain the
ultrafiltration enzyme membrane; and C,
enzyme membrane reactor treatment: placing the ultrafiltration
enzyme membrane in a reactor, constructing an
enzyme membrane reactor, then adding a pretreatment liquid into the enzyme
membrane reactor, and carrying outultrafiltration removal treatment. The efficiency and quality of ultrafiltration
recovery of the proteins in the tofu yellow serofluid are improved by depending on the enzyme
membrane reactor, the enzyme membrane circulation utilization ratio is effectively improved, at the same time, the waste of resources is reduced, the
discharge capacity is reduced, and environmental friendliness is guaranteed.
