bottom water reservoir horizontal well, in particular to a special well completion 
system for a horizontal well, belonging to the field of 
petroleum drilling well completion. The invention aims to provide a well completion 
system for reducing the pressure drop rate, stabling oil, controlling water, preventing sand, blocking water, improving the oil extraction rate and reducing the well completion expense. A release joint at the root end of the horizontal well is connected with a first section of novel flow-controlling 
sieve tube; a novel flow-controlling 
sieve tube section and a casing section are alternated; a packer is arranged between the novel flow-controlling 
sieve tube section and the casing section; a safe joint is arranged behind a first sieve tube of the novel flow-controlling sieve tube section; a plug is arranged at the 
tail end of a well completion tubular column; and spring centralizers keep away from the packer and are arranged on the whole well completion tubular column at equal interval. The key part is the novel flow-controlling sieve tube. The technical scheme has the essential points that subsection well completion is implemented on the 
bottom water-oil reservoir according to the oil reservoir characteristics and a borehole track. The invention has the characteristics of reducing pressure, stabilizing oil, controlling water, preventing sand, improving the 
recovery ratio and having high economic performance and is applicable for well completion of the 
bottom water reservoir horizontal well.
