The present invention provides a fractal micro channel reactor system for enhancing CO2 absorption, and a method thereof. According to the method, a fractal micro channel reactor system is adopted, such that a CO2-containing gas material and an absorption liquid are respectively and uniformly distributed through fractal micro channels, and then are rapidly mixed and absorbed on fractal micro channel flow collection plates under the following conditions that: pressure is 0.1-8.0 MPa, a temperature is 10-100 DEG C, and a time is 0.001-100 seconds. The system comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a mixing absorption unit and a heat exchange unit, wherein the mixing absorption unit and the heat exchange unit are arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate, are stacked layer by layer in an alteration manner, and are matched and combined. With the present invention, in situ heat exchange and absorption can be performed within a time of millisecond to microsecond, the method is a micro reaction technology capable of achieving rapid amplification, and an efficient absorption technology is provided for separation decarburization in coal chemical industry, natural gas, petrochemical industry, and other fields.
