potassium titanate crystal whisker membrane. The compound
chitin -
potassium titanate crystal whisker membrane is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 3-7wt% of
chitin crystal whiskers, 1-5wt% of
potassium titanate whiskers, and the balance of a
formic acid solution. A preparation method of the compound chitin -
potassium titanate crystal
whisker membrane comprises the following steps: compounding the
formic acid solution of which the chitin crystal whisker concentration is 3-7wt%, after uniformly mixing, sealing the compounded
formic acid solution, leaving the sealed formic acid solution to stand at the temperature of (-20)-(-3) DEG C for 20-30 hours'
refrigeration, and then unfreezing the refrigerated formic acid solution at a
room temperature; placing the obtained
colloid viscous liquid in a
dialysis bag, and dialyzing the
colloid viscous liquid with water to obtain the
effluent of which the pH value is 6-7; adding
polyvinyl alcohol or the
potassium titanate whiskers modified with PDMC in a chitin crystal whisker suspending liquid obtained after
dialysis, so that the concentration of the
potassium titanate whiskers is 1-5wt%, and then, uniformly mixing the
polyvinyl alcohol or the potassium titanate whisker and the chitin crystal whisker suspending liquid; dripping the uniformly mixed
colloid viscous liquid to a glass plate to enable the colloid to be uniform and form a membrane, and
drying the membrane by baking; putting the glass plate with the membrane in an NaOH solution, soaking and forming the glass plate, washing the soaked and formed glass plate with
clean water to ensure that the glass plate is neutral, and
drying the neutral glass plate by baking for standby application. According to the compound chitin -potassium titanate crystal whisker membrane disclosed by the invention, the raw materials(namely chitin) are wide in sources, non-toxic and harmless; the preparation technology is simple, and the cost is low; the compound chitin -potassium titanate crystal whisker membrane is strong in stretching performance, that is, the stretching performance of the compound chitin -potassium titanate crystal whisker membrane is 1.84 times of that of a simple chitin crystal whisker membrane.
