The invention belongs to the technical field of 1,2-propylene glycol catalytic oxidation and particularly discloses a method for catalyzing oxidization of 1,2-propylene glycol with a Cu@Au core-shell nanometer material. The invention provides a method for preparing a core-shell Cu@Au nanometer catalyst, and the method comprises the following steps: dissolving copper nitrate hydrate and Tween in absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment until the matters are totally dissolved, adjusting the pH value to be 8-9 at the temperature of 60 DEG C with NaOH ethanol solution, dripping hydrazine hydrate ethanol dilute solution dropwise, and preparing nanometer copper; cooling to the temperature of 30 DEG C, adding chloroauric acid ethanol solution, centrifuging the prepared catalyst with absolute ethyl alcohol, washing and drying. The prepared catalyst is used for performing catalytic oxidation on 1,2-propylene glycol to prepare lactic acid in a high pressure reactor. The 1,2-propylene glycol selective oxidization method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and mild in reaction conditions, the catalyst is simple in preparation method, low in cost, and high in stability and catalytic activity, and has good industrial prospects.

Cu/Cr-based catalyst, preparation method thereof and application of Cu/Cr-based catalyst in preparation of 1, 2-pentanediol

The invention discloses a Cu/Cr-based composite metal oxide catalyst, a preparation method of the Cu/Cr-based composite metal oxide catalyst and application of the Cu/Cr-based composite metal oxide catalyst in preparation of 1, 2-pentanediol from ethanol and 1, 2-propylene glycol. The catalyst is represented as Cum1Crm2Xm3Om4, m1, m2 and m3 are respectively molar ratios of metal Cu, Cr and X active components, and m4 is the chemical oxygen demand of the stoichiometric ratio. Wherein m1 is in the range of 0.1 to 10, m2 is in the range of 0.1 to 10, m3 is in the range of 0 to 5, and m4 is the chemical oxygen demand of the stoichiometric ratio. The invention provides a new preparation route of bio-based 1, 2-pentanediol by taking rich and cheap low-carbon alcohol as a raw material, and solves the problems that the price of raw materials in the existing 1, 2-pentanediol production technology is high, and the existing 1, 2-pentanediol production technology is generally complicated in process flow, relatively high in production cost, serious in equipment corrosion and the like. According to the non-noble metal copper/chromium-based catalyst, efficient conversion of 1, 2-propylene glycol under mild conditions is achieved, the selectivity of the target product 1, 2-pentanediol can reach 60% or above, and the catalyst has the advantages of being easy to prepare and low in price.
