The coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 65 percent of organic silicon epoxy resin polymer, 1 to 2 percent of salt mist resistant aid, 6 to 10 percent of copper ferrochrome black, 2 to 5 percent of nano zinc oxide, 6 to 3 percent of flaky mica powder, 7 to 4 percent of aluminium trippolyhosphate, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of leveling agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of defoaming agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of dispersing agent, 4 to 6 percent of talcpowder and 18.5 to 3.4 percent of dimethylbenzene. The bond strength of the coating to a substrate is obviously improved; high temperature resistance can reach 500 DEG C; the coating can resist salt mist corrosion for 48 to 72 hours; and the coating is still black and is slightly faded after being roasted at the temperature of 500 DEG C for 100 hours. The coating is convenient to construct and operate, has wide material sources, and can be applied to resisting corrosion on the outer surfaces of various kinds of steel structure high-temperature equipment, engineering machinery tail gas pipes and steel structure high-temperature chimneys.

High-valence silver antibacterial agent and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering, and particularly relates to a high-valence silver antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-valence silver antibacterial agent is a silver-polyhexamethylene biguanidine complex with the electric potential zeta larger than 0. A metal part of the silver-polyhexamethylene biguanidine complex is Ag3+, and the antibacterial property of the complex is 200 times that of Ag+. A biological acceptable part is polyhexamethylene biguanidine (PHMB), compared with other guanidines with small molecular weights, the antibacterial property is good, the advantages are more obvious because of the synergistic antibacterial effect of PHMB and other antibiotics, and toxicity to cells and tissue of human bodies is smaller. The nanoscale or micron-size Ag(III)-PHMB complex high in antibacterial activity is prepared by means of reversed-phase microemulsion or the aqueous solution environment. On one hand, the Ag(III)-PHMB complex can reduce toxicity, and on the other hand, the metal part and the biological acceptable part achieve the synergistic antibacterial effect so that the antibacterial property of the antibacterial agent can be effectively improved. The antibacterial agent has a great significance in treatment of human epidermis infection.

Manufacturing method and application of nano diamond and myohemoglobin modification based electrochemical enzyme sensor

The invention discloses a manufacturing method and application of a nano diamond and myohemoglobin modification based electrochemical enzyme sensor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing and adding a proper amount of graphite powder and ion liquid into a mortar, sufficiently grinding to uniformly mix, filling into a glass electrode tube to compact, internally inserting a copper wire as a guide wire, thereby manufacturing a carbon ion liquid electrode (CILE); dispersing nano diamond (ND) into deionized water to prepare dispersion liquid of different concentrations, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2-3 hours to disperse uniformly, taking and dropwise coating a certain volume of nano diamond dispersion liquid to the surface of CILE, and drying in air atthe room temperature to obtain ND/CILE; fixing myohemoglobin (Mb) to the surface of ND/CILE to dry in air at the room temperature to obtain Mb/ND/CILE; and coating a Nafion alcohol solution to the surface of Mb/ND/CILE, and drying in air at the room temperature to obtain the electrochemical enzyme sensor (Nifion/Mb/ND/CILE). Nifion/Mb/ND/CILE is further taken as a working electrode for being applied to electrochemical detection of targets such as trichloroacetic acid, sodium nitrite and hydrogen peroxide, so that the effective and accurate measurement can be realized, detection response time is short, detection limit is low, linear range is wide, and the stability is good.
