The invention relates to a healthy and comfortable sock production process. The process includes: proportioning polylactic acid fibers, wool and long stapled cotton according to a certain mass ratio, staggering and blending the polylactic acid fibers, the wool and the long stapled cotton, and carrying out drawing, roving, spinning and spooling to obtain breathable yarns, wherein the wool accounts for, by weight, 4-7% of the yarns, the polylactic acid fibers account for, by weight, 30.8-31.6% of the yarns, and the long stapled cotton accounts for, by weight, 64.5-65.4% of the yarns. The yarns are excellent in dimensional stability, convenient to process, better than polyester in glossiness, fluffy to touch, hydrophobic and less prone to sticking to skin; moisture transfer is facilitated, dry sensation in contact with skin is achieved, and excellent dimensional stability and wrinkle resistance are realized.
