According to the method disclosed by the invention, through a method that concentrated probiotic liquor is mixed and then the mixed concentrated probiotic liquor is dried, the compounding effect of probiotics is improved; through a method of adding carriers such as corn starch and sorbitol for flash evaporation and drying, the mortality rate of the probiotics in the drying process is reduced, so that the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefits are improves.
