The process comprises the following steps: step I, preparing a processing site and an injection molding machine, whereinthe humidity of the processing site is below 35%; step II, preparing a raw material which is a PET raw material, and drying the PET raw material to enable the moisture content thereof to be 0.03% orbelow, wherein, the temperature is between 150 DEG C and 165 DEG C during drying, and drying time is more than 6 hours; step III, putting the raw material into the injection molding machine to carry out glue melting and injection molding, wherein the glue melting temperature in the injection molding machine is 258-262 DEG C, the glue melting revolving speed is 150-160rpm, the glue melting pressureis 50-60bar, the injection molding cycle is 29-30s, and the cooling time is 8-9s; and step IV, taking out a bottle embryo by using a mechanical arm after completing mold injection. By new methods such as adjusting the processing site environment and improving the injection molding process, based on adopting a common injection molding machine, the intrinsic viscosity of a CSD bottle embryo is 0.80dL/g or above, so that the embryo supplying range of a corporate is enlarged, and the research and development capacity of the corporate is increased.
