The invention discloses a well head and well bottom pressure conversion method for a shale gas horizontal well under two-phase flow conditions. According to the well head and well bottom pressure conversion method for the shale gas horizontal well under the two-phase flow conditions, the technical difficult problems about flow state distribution characteristics of the well shaft of the shale gas horizontal well are effectively solved by fully and comprehensively utilizing production dynamic monitoring data, and a foundation is laid for converting well head and well bottom pressure in the next step. Meanwhile, a result is verified by adopting underground permanent monitoring data and output profile test data; the well head and well bottom pressure conversion method has the characteristics that the method is innovative, the thought is rigorous, the application is simple, and the analysis results are accurate and reliable.
