sputtering station, a 
recording layer formation mechanism, a first spin-
coating curing mechanism, a second spin-
coating curing mechanism, a third spin-
coating curing mechanism and a detecting mechanism, wherein the first spin-coating curing mechanism comprises a first spin-coating bowl and a first curing unit which are arranged in parallel; the 
recording layer formation mechanism comprises a second spin-coating bowl, a third spin-coating bowl and a press molding device; the second spin-coating curing mechanism comprises a fourth spin-coating bowl and a second curing unit which are arranged in parallel; and the third spin-coating curing mechanism comprises a fifth spin-coating bowl and a third curing unit which are arranged in parallel. When the 
system is used for manufacturing the blue 
ray disc, a paper substrate is adopted. Therefore, an 
injection molding machine is not needed, further, the 
energy consumption is reduced and energy sources are saved. The manufactured blue 
ray disc is easy to destroy and can be recycled. When destroyed, the blue ray disc does not pollute the environment. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for manufacturing a recordable single-surface single-layer blue ray disc and a method for manufacturing a read-only single-surface single-layer blue ray disc.
