The invention relates to the field of
wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for reducing the concentration of
chloride ions in
wastewater, which comprises the following steps that: S1, the concentration of CL ions, the concentration of
sulfate radicals and the concentration of
magnesium ions in
wastewater of an adjusting tank are detected; S2, a
calcium hydroxide solution is added, wherein the
molar ratio of the adding amount of the
calcium hydroxide solution to the adding amount of
sulfate radicals is 1.2: 1; S3, a
sodium hydroxide solution is added, and the
molar ratio of the sum of the adding amount of
sodium hydroxide and the adding amount of hydroxyl in the step S2 to the adding amount of
magnesium ions is 2: 1; S4, PAC and PAM are added, precipitating and standing are carried out, and the wastewater overflows into a reaction box; S5,
calcium hydroxide and
sodium metaaluminate
powder are added according to the
molar ratio of CL radicals to
calcium hydroxide to sodium metaaluminate being 2: 3: 2; S6, PAM and PAC are added, and then the wastewater enters a
clarifier to be precipitated and stand; S7, the bottom mud in the step S4 and the bottom mud in the step S6 entera plate-and-frame
filter press, and filtrate enters the adjusting tank; and S8, the overflow in the step S6 flows back to a desulfurization
tower. Through the arrangement mode, the concentration of CLions in the desulfurization wastewater is reduced by utilizing a
chemical reaction.
