The material is prepared by the following steps: preparing the carboxymethyl chitosan by a carboxymethylation reaction of chitosan at the temperature of 10-80 DEG C; preparing the oxidized sodium alginate by an oxidation reaction of sodium alginate at the temperature of 10-45 DEG C; respectively preparing aqueous solution of the carboxymethyl chitosan and aqueous solution of the oxidized sodium alginate; adding the nano-silver solution and blending at certain ratio; and allowing self-crosslinking of the components at the temperature of 10-50 DEG C to produce the antibacterial hydrogel material. The antibacterial hydrogel material has the advantages of low cost, environmental protection, simple process and the like; as the carboxymethyl chitosan has good biocompatibility, the oxidized sodium alginate is nontoxic to human body, and the nano-silver has excellent antibacterial property, the obtained material can be applied to wound dressing, hemostatic materials and the like.

According to the invention, 1,2-benzo[d]isothiazoline-3-one (BIT) and cyanuric chloride (CNC) are used as raw materials to prepare a BIT-allyloxy triazine monomer, and a copolymerization reaction is conducted on the BIT-allyloxy triazine monomer and an acrylate monomer to prepare the acrylate antifouling resin grafted with a BIT active structural unit. A method for preparing a BIT-triazinyl antifouling resin monomer comprises the steps that under the condition of a temperature in a range of 0 DEG C to 25 DEG C, CNC reacts with allyl alcohol to obtain alkenyloxytriazine, and then the alkenyloxytriazine reacts with BIT to obtain the BIT-triazinyl antifouling resin monomer. The invention also discloses a structure and a method of BIT-triazinyl marine antifouling resin prepared through a copolymerization reaction of the monomer and acrylate. The BIT-triazinyl antifouling resin monomer provided by the invention has excellent polymerizability; and the BIT-triazinyl anti-fouling resin obtained through self-polymerization of the BIT-triazinyl antifouling resin or copolymerization of the BIT-triazinyl antifouling resin monomer with other monomers has high molecular weight, active substances are not prone to diffusion and loss in the using process of the resin, and meanwhile, a release rate can be controlled through hydrolysis ofester bonds, so the anti-fouling active substances are efficiently utilized, and the BIT-triazinyl anti-fouling resin is expected to become a green efficient novel marine anti-fouling coating.

According to the antibacterial glass, self-assembly of the antibacterial nano particles and the synergistic effect of the components are induced through solvent volatilization, so that the antibacterial glass has an excellent anti-fingerprint effect and outstanding antibacterial performance, and breeding of bacteria on the surface can be effectively inhibited.
