Water, which contains the lactic acid and is obtained by the water washing, passes through a dehydrating tower to be almost removed, and then the lactic acid returns back to a first reaction kettle to continually react. With the adoption of the process, 85 percent to 95 percent of the lactic acid in the reacted mixed solution can be recycled, the use amount of the liquid alkali in the alkali washing process is saved by 70 percent to 75 percent and the discharging amount of wastewater is reduced by 65 percent to 70 percent, so that the sufficient utilization of resources and reduction of wastewater discharge are realized and the energy-saving and environment-friendly aims are achieved.
