Phosphotungstic heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salt is used as a catalyst; an anhydrous H2O2 organic solvent produced by azeotropic dehydration of hydrogen peroxide and an organic solvent is used as an oxidizing agent; and propylene epoxidation is carried out at 40-160 DEG C and 0.25-10.0 MPa in the presence of inert gas to prepare epoxypropane. The process provided in the invention realizes continuous production of epoxypropane by catalyzing propylene epoxidation with a phase-transfer catalyst, is simple and easy to operate, and is mild in reaction conditions.

The invention provides a method for preparing a high-purity titanium plate for use as a target. The method comprises the following steps of: pressing sponge titanium particles into an electrode block and then welding the electrode block into a consumable electrode; 2, performing vacuum arc remelting of the consumable electrode to obtain a cast ingot; 3, performing the primary heating treatment on the cast ingot; 4, performing upset drawing forging on the cast ingot, thereby obtaining a plate blank; 5, performing the secondary heating treatment on the plate blank; 6, rolling the plate blank, thereby obtaining a semi-finished product plate; 7, performing annealing, straightening and surface figuring on the semi-finished product plate, thereby obtaining the high-purity titanium plate for use as the target. The mass purity of the high-purity titanium plate prepared by the method provided by the invention for use as the target is not less than 99.8%, and the average grain size of the plate is less than 100 microns; and the grain sizes are even and uniform, thereby meeting related technical requirements of the sputtering target; and as a result, the high-purity titanium plate can be widely applied to the field of sputtering films of electronic devices, semiconductors, plane display and the like.

The invention relates to a method for evaluating effects of insecticides in preventing and controlling tomato whiteflies and a tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) indoors. The method comprises the steps that each chemical, each concentration and blank controls of to-be-evaluated insecticides are each set as one treatment, and each treatment has three replicates or more; each replicate takes equivalent tomato seedlings during the true leaf period, each treatment uniformly sprays corresponding equivalent liquid chemicals to the tomato seedlings, and after the liquid chemicals are applied, thetomato seedlings are put in an artificial climate chamber for cultivation, so that the liquid chemicals are fully absorbed; after the liquid chemicals are applied, each replicate is inoculated with equivalent whitefly adults carrying the TYLCV, and the number of survival whitefly adults carrying the TYLCV on the tomato seedlings of each replicate in different time periods after inoculation performed with the adults is observed; and after the replicates are each inoculated with the equivalent whitefly adults carrying the TYLCV for 14 days, TYLCV disease symptoms are surveyed, the TYLCV diseaselevel of each treatment is determined, and disease indexes and the control effect are calculated. Under the constant conditions, the types and the use concentrations of the insecticides capable of effectively controlling the whiteflies and a tomato yellow leaf curl disease spread by the whiteflies are evaluated and screened.
