The insulated rubber tape comprises an insulatedbase material layer, a coating formed on one side of the insulated base material layer, and an adhesive layer formed on the other side of the insulated base material layer, wherein a raw material formula of the coating comprises a fluorocarbon resin containing hydroxyl or amino, a filler, an assistant and a first curing agent; and a raw material formula of the adhesive layer comprises an epoxy resin, a thermoplastic resin and/or synthetic rubber, a second curing agent and a flame retardant. The coating and the base material have excellent adherence, the scratching force is still kept at 0-1 level even if after high temperature and high humidity, and the coating has outstanding ultraviolet barrier property. The adhesive layer has excellent adherence to the base material layer, and also hasexcellent adhesiveness to metals. The insulated rubber tape has ultraviolet resistance, heat shock resistance, cold and hot impact resistance, thermal-humidity resistance and environmental aging resistance. The insulated rubber tape is hot-pressed on a metal plate or a metal bus bar and can be applied to insulating the photovoltaic module bus bar.
