The invention discloses a chemical leaching-electric repairing method for heavy 
metal contaminated soil. The method includes the steps that 
xylitol aliphatic ester, natural organi acid and hydrolyzedmaleic anhydride with the 
mass ratio being (3-6):2:1 are mixed to prepare a leaching agent; the leaching agent is used for leaching soil in an electrolytic groove in an electric repairing device, wherein the 
mass ratio of the leaching agent and the soil is (1-1.3):1; an 
acetic acid-natrium aceticum buffering solution with the pH being 2-5 is added into an 
anode chamber, 0.05 mol / L-2 mol / L of a 
potassium nitrate solution is added into the 
anode chamber, direct currents of a 
graphite anode and a 
graphite cathode are connected, and heavy 
metal ions are recycled in the anode chamber; and heavy 
metal filter liquid is recycled in a collecting groove, after the heavy metal filter liquid is electrolyzed, a filtrate can be repeatedly used as a leaching agent, and meanwhile the heavy metal is recycled. By means of the method, the effect of repairing heavy metal contaminated soil is good, the repairing speed is high, consumed time is short, the method is simple and fast, reagents for use are safeand non-toxic, secondary 
pollution to the environment is avoided, the heavy metal can also be recycled, and the requirements for 
sustainable development, 
energy conservation and environment friendliness are met.
