The invention relates to an upwelling artificial wetland for removing nitrogen, phosphorus and antibiotics in aquaculture wastewater, designs sewage treatment equipment which is an ecological treatment device of an artificial wetland and suitable for removing combined pollutions caused by the nitrogen, the phosphorus and the antibiotics in the aquaculture wastewater, and belongs to a vertical flow artificial wetland device. According to the upwelling artificial wetland, oyster shells, waste bricks and red earth, which have strong nitrogen and phosphorus adsorption capacity and high microorganism containing quantity, and are taken as main wetland fillers; wetland plant reeds which have good pollution resistance are planted. The upwelling is taken as a hydraulic transmission mode, so that the problems of hydraulic dead zone, insufficient nitrogen removal ability, poor antibiotic interception ability and poor rainstorm impact resistance existing in the traditional operation mode are effectively solved. Meanwhile, the upwelling artificial wetland has the advantages of being low in cost, small in land occupation, simple in structure, convenient in operation management and the like.

High-yield cultivation method for potato high-ridge close planting

The invention discloses a high-yield cultivation method for potato high-ridge close planting. The method includes the following steps that firstly, a sandy planting field is selected, deep scarification and ridging are conducted, ditches are communicated with each other, and the furrow ditch is deeper than other ditches; secondly, 500-750 kg of composted chicken manure or 300-500 kg of organic composite fertilizer with the composted chicken manure as the raw material, 75 kg of long-acting controlled-released composite fertilizer, 40-45 kg of quick-acting composite fertilizer, 2.5 kg of magnesium sulfate and 1 kg of zinc sulfate and agricultural borax are applied to each mu of planting field, and soil covering is conducted after the fertilizers are applied to the ditches in furrows; thirdly, seed potatoes are purchased and diced, wherein each potato dice is 30-50 g heavy, and 1-2 holes are formed in each dice; fourthly, the seed potatoes are sown from the late October to late November at the temperature of 17-21 DEG C, and 4000-5000 plants are sown in each mu; fifthly, soil is watered and wetted 4-7 days after sowing, the soil is irrigated with a proper amount of water according to actual conditions in the seedling period, accumulated water is drained 20 days before harvesting, and the situations that rotten potatoes are caused due to accumulated water and ditches need to be drained when the amount rainwater is excessively large are prevented; sixthly, when stems and leaves of potatoes become yellow and after potato skin is lignified, the potatoes can be harvested. The method increases the potato yield.

The application disclosed by the invention conduces to the research of the regulation and control mechanism of glandular hair formation and development and the heredity law of glandular hair density, improvement on the quality of aroma of tobacco, and research and control of the formation mechanism of tobacco glandular hair and aroma formation.
