The culture medium is used for photoautotrophically culturing haematococcus pluvialis, can significantly promote the growth of haematococcus pluvialis, enables the haematococcus pluvialis to rapidly enter the exponential growth phase so as to achieve higher growth density and keep the dominant position of the population of haematococcus pluvialis in a short time, and therefore is conducive to furthest reducing pollution probabilities of foreign bacteria, seaweeds and protozoa, shortening the growth cycle and increasing the successful probability of culture in the field enlarging culture process.
