The invention relates to the technical field of road reticule coatings, in particular to a multi-component spray reticule coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The coating is prepared from a component A, a component B and a solid particle material C, wherein the component A is prepared from epoxy resin, hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber, adipic acid, 2,6-methyl diisocyanate, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, stannous octoate, polycaprolactone polyol, dichloromethane, urea resin, lithium silicate and a film forming additive; the component B is prepared from self-crosslinked elastoacrylate emulsion, polydimethylsiloxane, diethylenetriamine and dichloromethane; the component C is prepared from nanosilicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, pigment and modified glass micro beads. A reticule formed by the coating is high in binding force with a pavement, is not easy to crack and fade, and has extremely high self-cleaning antifouling property. Furthermore, the surfaces of the modified glass micro beads in the coating are grafted with coupling agents and film forming agents, so that the shortcoming that a conventional luminous glass micro bead is easy to fall off is overcome.
