Both the blank holder and the female die are provided with heating devices, temperature measuring holes are disposed in the blank holder, the female die and the male die, temperature measuring elements are mounted in the temperature measuring holes, acquired temperatures of various dies are respectively transmitted to the temperature control system by the temperature measuring elements, and the temperature control system heats up or cools down the corresponding dies according to the die temperatures acquired by the temperature measuring elements. Temperatures of the female die, the blank holder and the male die can be precisely controlled. The temperatures of the female die, the blank holder and the male die are respectively controlled, a flange of a workpiece is heated up, the male die is cooled down, accordingly, flowing stress of materials of a flange area is reduced, the strength of materials of a fillet of the male die is kept, temperature-differential deep drawing process is realized, and more complicated light alloy parts in deep drawing can be manufactured.
