The invention provides a process for recycling
precious metal vanadium in
flue gas desulfurization
sludge. The process mainly includes the following steps that firstly,
metal elements in spraying liquid are enriched in a
sedimentation manner, and preprocessing is conducted at the same time; secondly,
sediment in the first step is smashed and ground together with the
sludge; thirdly, an acid extracting agent is added to conduct mixing, extracting and standing after the
sludge raw material in the second step is smashed, supernatant remains to be neutralized, and the sinking sludge is filtered and washed; fourthly,
leachate in the third step conducts
ion exchange, and
vanadium-containing ions are extracted; fifthly, reextraction is conducted on an organic phase solution in the fourth step, and a high-concentration
vanadium-containing solution is obtained; sixthly,
ammonium chloride is added in the vanadium-containing solution in the fifth step, and
filtration and
sedimentation are conducted; and seventhly, pentavalent vanadium
sediment in the sixth step is brunt, and vanadium
pentoxide is prepared. The process is high in recycling rate and has remarkable
economic benefits; harm to the environment is reduced; and the process is simple in flow, and the result is easy to achieve.
