The invention discloses a method for preparing a Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 ferroelectric film by ALD for ferroelectric memory applications, characterized by preparing the ferroelectric film by using atomic layer deposition, using a hafnium source and a zirconium source as reaction precursors, using ozone or water as an oxygen source, using a cavity temperature of 250 to 280 degrees centigrade, and using a reaction precursor heating temperature of 75 to 80 degrees centigrade. Compared with a ferroelectric film having a perovskite structure obtained by a conventional process, the ferroelectric film preparedby the method is more liable to be compatible with a standard semiconductor manufacturing process, has higher integration, a lower annealing temperature, a higher annealing rate, shorter annealing time, and a lower ferroelectric layer thickness. The film obtained by a high annealing rate heat treatment process has high remanent polarization, a large dielectric constant, and low leakage current. The preparation method of the invention has high repeatability and can obtain uniform ferroelectric film, and contributes to realizing the wide application prospect of the ferroelectric film in the fields of information storage and integrated circuits.

Indoor evaluation method for nano-plugging agent for shale gas water-based drilling fluid

The invention discloses an indoor evaluation method for a nano-plugging agent for shale gas water-based drilling fluid. The indoor evaluation method comprises the following steps that (1) a ultra-lowpermeability stratum 'simulation core' is prepared, and the nano-plugging agent permeability reduction rate is determined; (2) particle size analysis is conducted on the nano-plugging agent; and (3) micro morphology is analyzed, specifically, firstly, the ultra-low permeability 'simulation core' (the permeability reaches 10<-4>mD) with nano and micron scale apertures is prepared successfully, thenthe permeability reduction rate of the 'simulation core' after the nano-plugging agent is added is obtained through determination of high temperature and high pressure filtration loss, the plugging performance of the nano-plugging agent is investigated, whether the size fraction magnitude of the nano-plugging agent is matched with the size of the micron and nano scale apertures or not is analyzedthrough a laser particle analyzer, finally, the micro morphology of a filter cake and filter liquor before and after the nano-plugging agent is added is observed through an environmental scanning electron microscope, the dispersion stability of the nano-plugging agent in a system is verified, and the plugging mechanism of the nano-plugging agent is further studied.

The invention provides a brightness compensation method for an organic light-emitting diode display panel, which comprises the following steps of: performing an initial brightness acquisition stage, separately acquiring an initial gray scale brightness of each sub-pixel in an initial stage, and calculating a driving current of each sub-pixel in the initial stage; performing a first compensation calculation stage, and according to a brightness relationship between the brightness of the sub-pixels in the initial stage and a standard reference gray scale, obtaining a driving current required foreach sub-pixel to reach the same brightness as the initial stage so as to calculate the driving current of each sub-pixel in the compensation stage; performing a second compensation calculation stage,performing calculation according to the characteristic curve of the current and the voltage of each sub-pixel to obtain a driving voltage required by each sub-pixel, and calculating a compensation voltage required by each sub-pixel in the compensation stage; and performing a compensation correction stage, and correcting the driving voltage of each sub-pixel to be the sum of the driving voltage and the compensation voltage of each sub-pixel in the initial stage. Therefore, the branding phenomenon on the display panel is reduced and corrected.

The invention relates to a coal water slurry additive technology, and is aimed at providing a coal water slurry additive for wastewater slurrying in the coal chemical industry and application of the coal water slurry additive in slurrying. The additive is prepared from, by weight, 10-20% of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 70-80% of formaldehyde condensate of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate and 10% of electrolyte. In use, positive ion and negative ion components, electrolyte, wastewater and the like in the additive are added in the slurrying process in two steps, and the prepared coal water slurry has the advantages of being high in concentration, low in viscosity and good in stability and rheological behavior; the preparation and application cost of the coal water slurry is reduced,the wastewater of the coal chemical industry is comprehensively used, the wastewater is turned into wealth, zero emission is realized, and remarkable economic benefits and environment protection significance are achieved.
