The invention belongs to the technical field of

straw enzymolysis method. The efficient 
straw enzymolysis method comprises the following steps of (1)pretreatment of straws, namely, crushing and sieving the straws, putting the straws into a steamer, 
steaming with 
water vapor, adding a 
mixed solution of 
potassium hydrogen persulfate and 
boric acid,keeping warm, standing, adding into deionized water, keeping warm, standing, 
drying in a 
drying oven until the weight is constant, and performing high-pressure 
steam sterilization treatment to obtainpretreated straws; and (2) composite enzymolysis culture, namely, putting the pretreated straws into a culture medium containing 
trichoderma reesei and 
rhizopus oryzae, and performing culturing to obtain the product. According to the efficient 
straw enzymolysis method, the problem that the traditional single 
cellulase is low in enzymolysis effect is solved, the 
accessibility is further improved through a 
pretreatment method, the straw is fully utilized, the 
enzyme activity is enhanced through a culture medium containing hydrolyzed 
fish protein powder and 
cottonseed protein, and therefore, themethod has relatively high economic value.
