A urea solution with the mass concentration of 40-60% is hydrolyzed into ammonia gas by utilizing a kettle reactor, and then the ammonia gas is fed into a SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) device of a power station boiler to be used as a denitrification reducing agent; water, electricity and steam required by operation of the whole hydrolysis device are all provided by the power station boiler, and the steam exchanges heat in the hydrolysis reactor and a urea dissolving tank through a coil pipe, is not in contact with the urea solution, and returns to the power station boiler to be heated to form circulation after releasing heat; FeAl powder and Al2O3 mixed solid powder are adopted to prepare a hydrolysis catalyst, the hydrolysis catalyst is mixed with the urea solution to form a turbid liquid, and meanwhile, a reaction solution is fed into the feeding urea solution through a circulating pump to form circulating flow of the reaction solution, so that uniform distribution of catalyst particles is promoted, and the hydrolysis reaction rate is increased.

According to the preparation method, a segmented calcination mode is utilized, lithium hydroxide is decomposed into lithium oxide at a relatively low temperature, meanwhile, the lithium oxide can be combined with a nickel source in the decomposition process, and then the material is placed in a high-temperature environment to be continuously calcined, so that the required material is obtained. The method has the advantages that the requirement for mixing equipment is reduced, atmosphere protection is not needed, and the segmented calcination process is utilized, so that the particle size of the material can be effectively improved, the activity of the material is effectively reduced, and the material can exist in the air more stably. Meanwhile, residual alkali on the surface of the material is reduced due to long reaction time. A charge-discharge test on the material shows that the material has relatively high charge capacity and relatively low discharge capacity; and the material is relatively poor in lithium ion accepting capacity, can effectively provide lithium ions for a positive electrode material, and is suitable for being used as a lithium supplement additive.
