The invention discloses a method for preparing a medicinal extract containing intermediate peashrub seeds. The method comprises the following steps: performing extraction enrichment, performing reduced pressure separation, dispersing and mixing uniformly; separating and encapsulating, homogenizing and filtering, and collecting to obtain sterile lipidosome of the medicinal extract containing intermediate peashrub seeds. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the oily medicinal extract is extracted and enriched from the intermediate peashrub seeds in a supercritical carbon dioxide environment, and the extract is mixed and encapsulated into drug-containing lipidosome nanoparticles by virtue of a film material. Compared with a traditional medical processing method for rendering the intermediate peashrub seeds or charking co-existence ground powder, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the parameters in the operating process are controllable, the temperature is low, the active ingredients of plants can be well prevented from being damaged, and solvent residue is avoided. Moreover, the drug-containing lipidosome nanoparticles prepared by the invention have the characteristics of targeted drug delivery and long-term release, and because the cell-like structure has cell biocompatibility, drug release can be performed by virtue of a cell membrane. Therefore, the therapeutic index can be improved, and the method is suitable for treatment of skin diseases such as dermatitis, psoriasis, yellow-water sore and skin itch.
