The invention discloses multi-
flavor corn effervescent tablets and a preparation method. The effervescent tablets comprise various materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts by weight of highly-gelatinized
corn flour, 20-25 parts by weight of haw
powder, or 20-25 parts by weight of red jujube
powder, or 20-25 parts by weight of blueberry
